This project involved extensive renovations to 63
bathrooms, a central dining room & lounge, 1st & 2nd
floor corridors, auditorium, beauty salon, store, main
reception area, and offices. Lehigh worked with a
phased schedule, completing the reception area, dining
rooms, and offices within 8 weeks. The project
required Lehigh complete the work within a highly
operational facility housing senior citizens who require
assisted living care.
