Project Highlights:
Lehigh contracted with the Bouma Corporation,
who served as the Construction Manager for the
Charter School. The project was a conversion of
a vacant bowling alley into a full-functioning
school. The entire roof of the building was
removed, exterior walls were extended to create a
second floor, and a complete structural steel
framing system was installed within the existing
building. The work was completed within a
stringent schedule to accommodate the school’s
opening date in August.
